Who We Are
We are a small family business located in Albuquerque, New Mexico that has been providing Medicaid billing services for the last 13 years to New Mexico Waiver, ABA therapy billing and Assisted Living providers. We have close relationships with all of our clients as well as our connections at the state level and like to think of our clients as one big family!
What We Do
We are a boutique billing firm committed to outstanding service by offering monthly, weekly, or biweekly billing services. We send our clients a weekly detailed report so that they can track what is paid and denied as well as necessary actions taken or required to resolve claims.

Our staff is comprised of experienced professionals who have been in the Medicaid field for many years. We have former Medicaid Case Managers, Conduent employees, managed care organization employees as well as Service Care Coordinators on hand to ensure successful and efficient payment.
What sets us apart from most billing agencies is the fact that we charge either a set monthly fee or a small percentage of what pays. We don't charge any additional administrative fees when more work is required on our behalf.
